Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the List2Cart Android app and the website list2cart.in ("List2Cart", "the App"), published by AniApps ("we", "our", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
- List2Cart is a free app to make grocery and shopping lists and share them.
- Use it lawfully and don't misuse the sharing or "add your own item" features.
- Prices and product details in the catalog are a guide only.
- You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
1. Using the App
The App is free to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to use it. You need a Google account only if you choose to share lists with others by link.
2. Your account
If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You can sign out or delete your account at any time in the App (Account → Delete account) or as described at list2cart.in/delete-account.html.
3. Your content and shared lists
- You own the lists, notes and photos you create. You give us permission to store and display them only as needed to run the App, for example to show a shared list to people who have its link.
- Anyone who has the link to a shared list can view it, and people who open it in the App can tick items. Share links only with people you trust. You can stop sharing at any time.
- Items you submit with "Add your own item" may be reviewed and used to improve the product catalog.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- add content that is illegal, offensive, misleading or infringes anyone's rights;
- use shared lists or item submissions to send spam or harmful links;
- try to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer, copy or resell the App.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Catalog information
Product names, images, translations and any prices shown in the App are for reference only and may be incomplete or out of date. List2Cart does not sell products and is not responsible for purchases you make at any store.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the App running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Keep your own copy of anything important.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AniApps is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
